• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
• Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare management reports and financial schedules.
• Support business planning and cost-control initiatives.

Audit& Internal Controls

• Coordinate annual audits and provide audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Assist in implementing process improvements and accounting system enhancements.

Administrative& Team Support

• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff where applicable.
• Support finance-related projects and management reporting requirements.
• Perform any other accounting and administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, CPF, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Info-Tech, Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, MYOB).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
