Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to support the company’s financial operations, with a focus on accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), data verification, and assisting in month-end closing activities.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, reconciling accounts, and maintaining efficient financial processes while collaborating with internal teams. Administrative support duties may also be required.
This role is offered on a 2-year contract basis, with a completion bonus upon successful fulfilment of the contract term

Job Responsibilities
1.Accounts Receivable & Payable
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups on outstanding balances
- Handle accounts payable functions, including invoice verification, processing payments, and vendor reconciliation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions
2.Accounting & Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Verify financial data and reconcile discrepancies in accounts
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in maintaining ledger accuracy
3.Month-End Closing
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support preparation of financial reports and schedules
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data
4.Administrative & Operational Support
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations
- Support documentation and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (AP/Accounting certifications such as AAP or CPA are a plus)
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, or a similar finance role
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., SAGE, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is an advantage
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
