We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to elevate the online presence and drive direct bookings for our premium serviced apartments and hotel in Singapore (Wilby Residences).

While your primary focus will be maximizing the visibility and occupancy of our Singapore hospitality assets through robust SEO, local search, and engaging social media strategies, you will also provide occasional, ad-hoc marketing support for our regional corporate entities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Primary Focus: Singapore Portfolio (Wilby Residences)

• SEO & Local Search: Drive the on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategy to ensure Wilby Residences ranks top for hospitality and extended-stay keywords in Singapore. Optimize and manage our Google Business Profile to capture local and tourist traffic.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Plan, produce, and execute a visually compelling social media calendar (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) that showcases the lifestyle, amenities, and guest experiences at our properties.
• Lead Generation & Conversion: Optimize website landing pages, user journeys, and direct booking channels to convert organic traffic into corporate inquiries and leisure bookings.
• Review & Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to online reviews (TripAdvisor, Google, OTAs) to maintain a stellar brand reputation.

2. Ad-hoc Regional Support (Foreign Entities)

• Assist with occasional B2B digital marketing projects, such as reviewing website content, optimizing international search terms, or coordinating digital collateral for our leasing properties in other countries.

3. Analytics & Reporting

• Track and report monthly performance metrics (Google Analytics, search rankings, social media engagement, and inquiry conversions) to management.

JobRequirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or marketing agencies is highly preferred).
• Proficient in SEO and website analysis tools to monitor search visibility, fix technical errors, and outrank competitors.
• Mindset: A self-starter who can balance the fast-paced nature of B2C hospitality workload while occasionally supporting B2B corporate projects.
• Creative, meticulous, and possess good communication and presentation skills.
• High learning agility, with the ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
