We are seeking an experienced Lead Repair Development Engineer, Joining Technology to drive the development, industrialization, and deployment of advanced joining and repair technologies across a global repair network. You will be part of the Advanced Manufacturing & Repair Technology (AMRT) team, partnering with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and repair facilities worldwide to enhance quality, productivity, and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Welding, Materials, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 8 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years specializing in joining technologies.
• Strong expertise in:
• Laser cladding processes
• Superalloy welding and brazing metallurgy
• Numerically Controlled (NC/CNC) machinery
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and repair processes within industrial environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
