Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years Site Engineer experience in SG.

• Verify and process supplier's invoices and arrange for payment upon Management's approval
• Process claims through petty cash or bank transfer for reimbursement

• Maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation
• Assist in month-end closing
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol.

Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance.

Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.

Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.

Site Supervisor Requirements:

Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.

Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

CPR and first aid certifications.

Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.

Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.

The ability to interpret blueprints.

Outstanding leadership skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

1. Day to day management of operations on site.

2. Regular monitoring and liaison with project manager on the development of scheduled program.

3. Liaise with project manager to ensure adequate resources for the completion of construction work.

4. Plan and efficiently organize the site facilities and logistics.

5. Ensuring timely management of any unforeseen delays.

6. Liaise with clients, professional staff (e.g. surveyors, technicians, government authorities etc.) and public.

7. Fulfil the role of mentor as and when required.

8. Control and monitor site wastages in accordance with the company’s material wastage policy.

10. Ensuring all site documents are complete and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial and management reports within stipulated deadline
• Execute effective and efficient accounts payable, general ledger, petty cash reimbursement and fixed asset management
• Preparation of cash flow analysis and projection
• Preparation of GST reporting & income tax filing
• Dealing with and reconcile inter-company transactions and balances
• Prepare, check, verify and process invoices, delivery orders and payments, updating of cash book
• Monthly creditors' statement reconciliation
• Monitoring of daily bank balance and monthly bank reconciliation
• Responsible for handling and processing the billing to customers and ensure that all billings are correctly invoiced, recorded and payments are received timely
• Preparation of audit schedules
• Liaise with external parties e.g. banks, auditors, customers, suppliers, statutory bodies to solve any issue
• Ensure payments are made timely, with proper approval and in accordance with required supporting documents
• Liaise with various departments to resolve issue on closing monthly accounts
• Maintain and reconcile financial statements
• Assist to review internal control to ensure work are done properly and effectively
• Assist to review, troubleshoot and recommend enhancements to existing workflow and financial accounting system
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

JOB SUMMARY

The role is required to maintain the injection molding machines and its related auxiliary equipment in good condition to minimize down-time. The role also provides support to production to enhance or improve productivity through continuous improvement program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive maintenance and PM inspections
• Ability / experience in reading electrical and hydraulic prints and technical manuals
• Repair molding machines or any support equipment
• Read and or program PLC’s
• Must have a working knowledge of Hydraulics, pneumatics and strong Mechanical skills
• Must be a strong Team Player and be able to set work priorities
• Must be able to identify parts required and find sources if needed.
• Plans schedules in the cleanup, maintenance, and repair of facilities, systems, equipment, and machines
• Establishes and adjusts maintenance priorities to minimize or eliminate down time which would adversely affect production operations
• Examines, evaluates, and trouble shoots machines and equipment to identify malfunction. Performs repair and coordinates with superior when necessary to remanufacture or rebuild parts. Contacts vendors when necessary to reorder replacement parts
• Establishes and maintains an inventory of critical components. Establishes necessary controls to assure supplies.
• May coordinate facilities improvement projects, arranging installation of machines or equipment and scheduling activities in a manner that minimizes disruption to production
• Evaluates maintenance contractors; arranges for services and supervises timely completion of contracted tasks.
• Maintains records and files as needed to document and control maintenance activities.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in electrical/electronics
• At least 3 years relevant working experience in plastic injection molding machine service and repair
• Able to read ladder diagrams
