Job Summary

我们是一家位于新加坡、正在成长中的补习中心，专注于为学生带来可量化的学习提升，并为家长提供高质量的服务体验。我们的学生主要来自国际学校，家长群体以华人家长为主，孩子多为小学到中学阶段。随着我们扩大教学团队并逐步推出小班课程，我们正在招聘全职/兼职老师加入团队。

职位概述

这是一份以教学为核心的岗位。你主要负责高质量授课，并在中心的教学体系下持续跟进学生学习进度。你将教授一对一课程与小班课程，同时也需要为新入学学生进行入学测评（diagnostic），并使用中心提供的模板与教学资源给出学习建议与学习计划。

此外，你会从老师的角度参与中心策划的市场活动（例如家长学术分享会、工作坊等），但不需要做销售，也不需要负责成交或转化。

主要职责

1）授课与课堂教学（核心）

• 负责教授小学英文与数学（最低要求）
• 以一对一授课为主，同时会有机会带领或参与小班课程（随着中心扩展）
• 在需要时协助临时代课（例如其他老师缺席），视排课情况安排
• 保持专业度、准时出勤，并确保课堂质量

2）学生测评与学习方案

• 为新学生进行入学测评，分析学习优势与薄弱点，并提出学习建议与计划
• 配合学习计划执行，确保学生有足够练习与循序渐进的提升

3）备课与教学资料

• 使用中心课程体系/教材进行教学，并在需要时参与课程与资料的完善与备课安排

4）配合中心策划的市场活动（不涉及销售）

参与中心安排的市场与对外活动，例如：

• 家长学术分享会 / 说明会（中心提供大纲或材料）
• 工作坊或体验课，用于展示教学方法与学生学习成效
• 协助批改体验课/测评中使用的简短试题（如有）
• 向中心反馈家长常见关注点，协助优化教学沟通与内容表达

说明：你不需要负责招生成交，也不需要做销售跟进。

5）中心基础支持

• 按中心安排到岗，配合维持良好的学习环境
• 与管理团队沟通学生学习情况的基本观察与运营需求（如有）

任职要求

• 新加坡公民 / 永久居民 / 本地长期居留人士（无需办理工作准证）
• 至少能熟练教授小学英文与数学（最低要求）
• 英文与中文（口语及书写）沟通表达能力良好，能清晰讲解、有效互动
• 能配合晚间与周末的工作安排

加分项

• 有2年以上教学/补习经验更佳
• 能教其他科目，或可教授中学/高中阶段更佳
• 有国际学校学生教学经验更佳
