Position Summary
We are looking for a seniortechnology leader to own and drive the Digital Experience Platform (DXP)strategy across CRM, CMS, Marketing Technology (MarTech), and AI-drivencapabilities. This role is responsible for defining the platform vision,aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering measurable businessoutcomes through digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
•       Define and execute the enterprise-wide DXP strategyencompassing CRM, CMS, MarTech, and AI/ML platforms.
•       Lead platform selection, vendor evaluation, andarchitecture decisions for tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe ExperienceManager, Sitecore, Optimizely, and similar.
•       Drive the adoption of AI and machine learningcapabilities across personalisation engines, predictive analytics, chatbots,and content intelligence.
•       Build and manage a high-performing team of solutionarchitects, platform engineers, and digital specialists.
•       Establish governance frameworks for data management,integration standards, and platform lifecycle management.
•       Own the DXP roadmap and align it with business goals,customer experience objectives, and revenue targets.
•       Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and ITleadership to ensure seamless omni-channel customer experiences.
•       Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and totalcost of ownership across the MarTech stack.
•       Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies includinggenerative AI, conversational AI, and agentic AI for customer engagement andoperational efficiency.
•       Establish KPIs and dashboards to measure platformadoption, engagement, ROI, and customer lifetime value.
Requirements
•       12+ years of experience in digital technology, with atleast 5 years in a leadership role overseeing CRM, CMS, or MarTech platforms.
•       Proven track record in enterprise platform strategy,selection, and implementation across multiple business units or geographies.
•       Deep expertise in at least two of the following: CRM(Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), CMS (Adobe AEM, Sitecore,Optimizely, WordPress VIP), MarTech (Marketo, Braze, Segment, CDP platforms).
•       Strong understanding of AI/ML applications in digitalexperience, including personalisation, NLP, recommendation engines, andgenerative AI.
•       Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP),API-first architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
•       Excellent stakeholder management and communicationskills with the ability to influence at C-suite level.
•       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or related field. MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
•       Certifications in Salesforce, Adobe, or equivalentplatforms.
•       Experience with composable/MACH architecture(Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless).
•       Familiarity with data privacy regulations (PDPA, GDPR)and their impact on MarTech strategy.
Prior experience in consulting, SaaS, or digital agencies servingenterprise clients.
