Main Purpose of Job

·      The Treasury Manager supports the RegionalFinance Manager on Treasury activities, and is primarily responsible forcoordinating on group financing activities; reporting, forecasting andbudgeting process.

·      This position is also responsible for directingand managing all treasury activities for the Company, including corporatebanking and debt management, daily cash flow positioning, ensuring sufficient fundsfor smooth operation, reporting, reconciliation of bank accounts,troubleshooting of daily transaction issues and execution of foreign currencydeals.

Responsibilities

1. Cash Management & Group Financing

·      Oversee day-to-day cash and manage treasuryfunctions to ensure smooth group finance and trade operations, including cashflow positioning, loan drawdowns, FX exposure hedging, movement of funds, wiretransfers, daily cash settlements, reconciliation of cash balances, exceptioninvestigations, issue resolution and account follow-up as required.

2. Strategic Capital Management & Advisory

·      Evaluate cost of capital and funding structureto ensure optimal financing mix for the region.

·      Analyze macroeconomic trends and provide monthlyfinancial and market outlook reports (including interest rate and FX trends) tomanagement and subsidiaries to support funding, hedging and capital planningdecisions.

·      Analyze and recommend suitable banking productsand financial solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support businessgrowth.

·      Support M&A and restructuring activitiesfrom funding and treasury perspective.

3. Risk Management & Hedging

·      Execute effective hedging strategy and analysisin accordance with risk management policy to minimize FX exposure risk.

·      Formulate interest rate structure to ensureprofitability and compliance from transfer pricing perspective.

·      Identify areas of risk and initiate ad-hocanalysis to quantify risk.

4. Policy, Governance & Process Improvement

·      Support to develop, implement and communicateglobal cash management policies and procedures, identifying strategic needsbased on a global liquidity assessment, pursuing and evaluating best practicesfor funding and capital management.

·      Identify methodology and process improvements todrive efficiency and improve accuracy of the group finance process.

·      Drive treasury system improvements andenhancements to strengthen reporting, automation and operational efficiency.

5. Banking Relationship & Administration

·      Evaluate bank services and fees; monitor bankperformance and make recommendations for savings or added new services.

·      Review bank account openings in Singapore andoverseas countries, closings and

·      authorized signers and manage the database ofbank accounts

·      Establish and support banking relationships

·      Support on liaison with corporate secretary onresolutions in relation to finance activities.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the physical integrity, safety, and operational efficiency of the livehouse. You will oversee the upkeep of the building’s infrastructure, mechanical systems, and specialized venue fixtures. Your goal is to provide a seamless, safe environment for staff, performers, and patrons by managing proactive maintenance schedules and responding swiftly to facilities-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Oversight: Conduct daily walkthroughs to inspect the structural condition of the venue, including the stage area, backstage, bar zones, and restrooms.

• Systems Management: Oversee the functionality of critical building systems, including HVAC (Air-conditioning and ventilation), plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire suppression systems.

• Preventative Maintenance: Develop and execute a comprehensive schedule for routine servicing of equipment to prevent mid-show failures and extend the lifespan of venue assets.

• Vendor Management: Source, negotiate with, and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs, pest control, and industrial cleaning services.

• Compliance & Safety: Ensure the venue remains compliant with local building codes, environmental health standards, and fire safety regulations. Act as the primary liaison during official inspections.

• Budgeting: Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses for repairs, spare parts, and utilities while identifying cost-saving opportunities through energy efficiency.

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Crisis Intervention: Manage "on-call" emergency repairs during live events, such as power outages, leaks, or structural hazards.

• Project Management: Lead minor renovation projects, such as floor resurfacing, soundproofing upgrades, or bar counter refurbishments.

• Logistics Support: Assist in the setup and teardown of large-scale seasonal decorations or temporary outdoor installations.

• Safety Training: Conduct basic safety briefings for floor staff regarding the use of ladders, fire extinguishers, and emergency exit protocols.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or F&B industry.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electrical wiring, plumbing, and general carpentry. Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems is a plus.

• Regulatory Awareness: Knowledge of local workplace safety and health (WSH) standards and fire safety manager (FSM) requirements.

• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or late nights, to oversee repairs during non-operational hours.
