Team Introduction

Our team aims to connect with our client partners, industry stakeholders and drive growth for their businesses using TikTok's suite of products & services. Responsibilities

- Collaborate across several cross-functional teams in order to support the development of the overall strategy for APAC Business Marketing.

- Drive alignment across global, regional teams by setting up and maintaining the right cadence of the business, including managing key meeting agenda, Townhalls and QBRs.

- Support bi-annual planning cycles and relevant prioritization and planning processes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor degree or above, graduate degree is preferred, math, finance, economics majors are preferred

- Demonstrated experience creating executive dashboards, performance reports, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.

- Proven track record in strategic planning, business analysis, and operational excellence, including 3+ years of direct people leadership responsibility covering performance management, coaching, and team development.

- Proven experience using quantitative analysis to drive strategic decision-making, including executive reporting, performance measurement, and ROI analysis.

Job Scope:

Lead and supervise the Operations team: Provide training, daily guidance, and performance monitoring.

Testing Faulty Parts: Evaluate and test faulty or damaged parts brought in by customers to determine the extent of repair or replacement needed. Communicate repair options and associated costs to customers.

Quality Control: Ensure that products are handled, stored, and packaged in compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Report any product quality issues or safety concerns to supervisors.

Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment by following safety protocols and keeping work areas clean and clutter-free.

Documentation: Complete and maintain accurate records of shipping and receiving activities, including delivery confirmation and return documentation.
