Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Machinery Equipment
• Position Title: Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager (Heavy Equipment)
• Working Location: Tuas (Transportation Provided from North, North-East, West Area MRT)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8.15am – 5.15pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + $1,500 Transportation Allowance + Commission + AWS + Meal Allowance

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and develop strategies to address any gaps.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts to guide business planning and ensure strategic resource allocation.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue streams.

Job Requirements

Job Scope

Support program administration 

• Collation and submission of printing request for training materials required for classes 
• Allocation of training materials for classes.  Monitor stock balance  
• Collate training data – SFA training data/ TRAQOM data etc. (using mainly excel) 

Supports receiving of ingredients/ allocation of ingredients for classes 

• Monitor stock levels for beverage classes 

Support handle adhoc trainees’ matters 

• e-attendance taking

Requirements

• Proven experience in administration roles 
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite (word and excel mainly) 
• Able to handle datelines for multiple tasks simultaneously
• Positive attitude, good team player. 

Contract duration: 3 – 6 months (with the option to extend)

Working Arrangement:
Monday to Friday (office hours) - 42 hours per week

• Manage and oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance to operations standards and procedures.
• Plan and control manning to meet business needs.

• Good written and conversational Chinese is required as there is a need to comprehend menu in Chinese, communicate with Chinese speaking customers, business partners and associates.

Delivery Driver cum Store Assistant

• Class 3 licence and experienced in driving;
• Forklift licence is an added advantage;
• Clean driving record is a must;
• Should be comfortable with loading/unloading goods and handling heavy goods;
• 5 days work week; 8.30am to 6pm;
• Candidates with no driving licence, but have forklift licence will be considered for Warehouse Assistant position;
• Vehicle cannot drive back home.

• Oversee project execution, managing timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for seamless project progress.
• Collaborate with site engineers to address any project-related challenges.
• Ensure efficient operations and workflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years as a Project Manager/M&E Manager experience in the Construction Industry.
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
