Patient Care

• Performs pre-admission screening for patients and caregivers.

Telehealth Monitoring

• Monitors patient’s vital signs and escalate red flags to the respective team nurses/physicians.
• Provides basic patient education.
• Adherence to telehealth monitoring using Telehealth system.
• Lifestyle changes/health coaching eg, diet, nutrition, basic exercise.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%):

• Ensures all necessary equipment and supplies are available for patient care, and coordinates with vendors as needed.

Acting as the main operational support for the RM on client, fund, bank, broker, custodian and administrative matters.

3. Reporting / Operations / Administration

Preparing and coordinating account opening, account maintenance, authorised signatory updates, trading authority, LPOA, SFTP / data feed access and reporting access arrangements.

Acting as a point of contact between fund administrators and investors for new subscriptions into the company’s sub-funds.

Assisting with investor onboarding into the fund administrator’s onboarding process, including coordination of subscription documents, KYC information, supporting documents and follow-up queries.

Coordinating with investors, fund administrators and internal stakeholders to ensure subscription onboarding matters are followed up and completed.

Liaising with technology vendor and other reporting platforms or service providers on reporting access, SFTP setup, data feeds and consolidation matters.
