The Opportunity 

We’re looking for someone to:

·       Support TSMP’s efforts to ensure the consistent, measurable, and effective use of approved AI tools across the firm and its practice groups

·       Act as the primary liaison between legal teams and technology providers; gather and clarify requirements, and oversee the testing of proposed solutions to minimise disruption to workflows

·       Manage the firm’s AI vendors, including the scheduling and organisation of expert-led training sessions

·       Drive the knowledge management needs for the firm’s AI stack, from maintaining technical documentation and user guides to resolving day-to-day practitioner queries

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods

• Prepare and validate SWIFT messages; manage SWIFT system operations
• Execute daily operations in line with SOPs and SLAs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Perform trade validation and reconciliation against source and clearer statements
