Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with operations and warehouse teams to ensure accurate and timely data processing
• Receive stock checklists, load items to store using trolley, and update records in the system
• Priorities and allocate pick-and-pack orders to courier partners for local and export deliveries
• Oversee store operations and inventory management for car accessories
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movement, and forecast replenishment needs based on sales trends
• Maintain accurate stock records, manage stock rotation, and ensure timely restocking
• Process customer orders accurately and promptly for both online and in-store sales
• Coordinate preparation, packing, and shipment of orders with suppliers and logistics partners
• Track delivery status and resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or errors
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure product availability and support customer requirements
• Handle customer enquiries related to order status, delivery, returns, and exchanges
• Prepare basic inventory and fulfilment reports and support other warehouse administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfilment processes
• Able to handle data entry and update systems accurately and in a timely manner
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as loading items using a trolley

Graduation Operations Executive (Photo Studio)
Salary: $2650 - $3000
Working Days: 5 days, 10am - 8pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials and items required for graduation ceremonies
• Oversee on-site graduation event operations, including ensuring a smooth robing process for graduates and academic staff
• Assist in preparing customers for their photo shoot (i.e wearing of graduation gowns, fitting of blazers and ties for male family members)
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up calls or messages with customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Support in post-event packing and inventory tracking of graduation attire and accessories
• Maintain accurate records of gown issuance, returns and damages
• Handle walk-in and appointment-based customers, ensuring efficient queue and time management

* Manage service point operations assigned

* Responsible for daily operations of these service points, including front counter services, administrative / operational matters and partnering Nurse Manager and other stakeholders to solve system and process problems

* Partner the department managers (Ops & Admin) in achieving customer satisfaction targets

* Conduct appraisals for non-nursing staff

* Ensure that non-nursing staff receive appropriate induction, orientation and training so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.

* Responsible for staff recruitment and retention to achieve stable, skilled and motivated workforce and achieve the desired customer and business outcomes.

* Responsible for two-way communication between staff and management and ensure timely dissemination of information, escalation of issues and recommending solutions to problems

* Participate in committees and other tasks as assigned
