As the Metro RDA PDE Senior Manager (Advanced Packaging & NPI), you will provide strategic, technical, and people leadership for the Metro Process & Equipment (PDE) RDA organization, driving robust process control, equipment capability, and manufacturing readiness across advanced packaging and New Product Introduction (NPI) environments.

• Responsible in admin duties to run business operation smoothly (Emails, phone calls, billings etc.)
• Organize files and documents
• Document drafting and preparation, Data entry and filing
• To perform procurements of general supplies
• Handle reception duties and attend to guests when needed
• Assist in daily office/warehouse needs
• Liaise with warehouse, suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure smooth flow of shipments & ensure timely delivery
• Follows company and departmental policies and procedures and internal control to promote and ensure efficient operations
• Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary
