• Contact customers as needed on stock and delivery arrangements.
• Inventory Application & Delivery jobs assignment.
• Be familiar to use the inventory application for daily order processing
• Incoming goods receiving note.
• Delivery notes, Invoices, Picklist, Stock Query.
• Be familiar to use the Fleet Management Application to assign orders to drivers.
• Monitor the status & contact drivers who are prompted late for deliveries.
• Consolidate documents for submission back to office for billing.
• Customer’s specific documents to be signed during delivery process.
• Update billing information.
• Update each customer’s account for work done for the month so as to facilitate billing by office.
• Communicate with office for any changes or ad hoc projects’ billing.
• The ad hoc support would be for the ordering of labels needed for the labeling work; receiving of small parcels of local suppliers and also sometime entertain customers visiting warehouse to inspect or collect small stock.

Job Requirements:

• ‘N’ level with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• $2200-$2500 (Salary will commensurate with experience and qualification).
• 5.25 day work (Alt Sat, Half day).

• Perform accurate and prompt entry of orders in the system.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders received through the order hotline and faxes.
• Ensure that critical information with regards to urgent delivery, special timing request are communicated and followed up with the delivery section till completion of delivery.
• Deliver prompt and efficient service to order processing via call centre hotline, email, sales order.
• Ensure procedures for processing of item with sales restrictions, orders that require price approval and other principal specified requirements are strictly adhered to.
• Manage and co-ordinate the flow of information between customers, principals, warehouse and delivery team concerning status of orders/ delivery arrangements and wrong orders.
• Verify and analyze information provided. Resolve issues on the spot whenever possible, otherwise assign task to relevant departments for resolution or rectification of feedback.
• Ensure timely feedback of all problems and issues from customers and principals.
• Train new customer service agents and provide support / buddy system to new employees.
• Provide admin support when necessary. E.g. Filing, data entry, retrieval of documents, etc or any other duties assigned.
• Ensure strict adherence and compliance to ISO procedures.

Job Requirements:

• N level with 1-2 year of experience.
• Call centre experience preferred OR
• Experience in customer service/customer support role advantageous.
