ā Carry out maintenance of the estate and, where applicable, oversee the repair works, i.e. (and not limited to) air-conditioning, lifts, electro-magnetic locking system, lighting works, fire protection system, and sanitary &plumbing works.
ā Carry out maintenance of equipment
ā Carry out regular preventive maintenance (PM) for M&E systems
ā Carry out troubleshooting and corrective maintenance (CM).
ā Carry out installation of fixtures or replacement works as required.
ā Conduct regular inspections and ensure building, fixtures, and furnishing defects are rectified promptly.
ā Ensure access, lifts, electrical, water, and air conditioning equipment and systems are operational at optimal levels.
ā Supervise installation/renovation/replacement works on facilities and equipment, which are carried out by vendors/contractors, and ensure all workshare carried out appropriately.
ā Setup of audio-visual equipment for meetings and events.
ā Discuss issues and solutions with other members of the team.
ā Ensure proper documentation of inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and service activities.
ā Assist the condo manager in the collection of data related to facility maintenance as and when required.
ā Liaise with other stakeholders on maintenance matters.
ā Collaborate with team members to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives are met.
ā Support and guide new technicians in the job role of a maintenance technician.
ā Stock-taking and tracking of equipment and supplies relating to job function
ā Escalate complex problems and issues to the condo manager.
ā Perform any other duties as assigned by the condo manager.
Requirements:
ā Possess at least an NITEC course in Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Building Services, or equivalent.
ā Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
ā Organized, meticulous, resourceful, proactive, and take the initiative at work.
ā Able to work well independently as well as in a team.
ā Knowledge of PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
ā Able to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and sketches to calculate requirements
ā Able to work after office hours and weekends
