The Medical Escort & Transportation (MET) Executive supports the delivery of safe, reliable, and client-centred transportation and escort services for seniors and clients requiring assistance to attend medical appointments and community services.

The Executive will coordinate service arrangements, support client intake and assessments, liaise with caregivers and healthcare partners, and ensure accurate documentation and operational records. Client Intake and Service Coordination

The Executive, Fleet Quality is a critical role focused on ensuring our fleet remains in peak condition through meticulous damage assessment and effective partner workshop management.

How You Will Make An Impact 

• Accident & Damage Claims Processing for the day-to-day of assigned accident and damage cases, including liability assessment, quotation generation, updating of case trackers and handover for billing.
