About the role

As our Property Executive (M&E), you’ll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep and optimization of facilities under your care. You’ll oversee maintenance, regulatory compliance, and safety, ensuring every corner of our building operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Assist Consultants/ Professional Engineers (M&E) / Clients in the supervision and quality assurance of construction works on site;
• Provide standing supervision as and when required by the Consultants / Clients;
• Ensure all installation methods and material used are in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications;
