Follow up on fabrication, coordinate with the tooling team for debugging/First-Off Tooling (FOT), qualify the product, and transfer the mold to production while maintaining the PAR rate. What You Will Do

• Review connector housing designs during design review meetings as per DFM and FMEA.
• Perform mold design and conduct mold design review meetings based on guidelines and Mold Design FMEA.
• Develop molds as per the development schedule to support new product launches and ramp-ups.
• Collaborate with the Tool Room on fabrication follow-up and debugging issues.
• Work closely with Debug and Process Engineers on FOT and mold qualification.

• Develop strategies for TTM/HMLV for low volume production with shorter lead times using standard mold bases and pocket designs.

• Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in mold design, fabrication, and development of plastic molds.
