Technical Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of process-device and mechanical interactions, challenges associated with technology/device scaling, and the principles of reliability engineering for next-generation memory nodes. 

• Proven track record of developing and implementing novel chemistries, materials, and hardware solutions, such as chamber design, plasma source optimization, and gas delivery systems. 

• Expertise in advanced characterization techniques, such as X-ray Reflectivity (XRR), ellipsometry, Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS), and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS), as well as electrical evaluation methods (including leakage, impedance, capacitance, and breakdown analysis). 

• Strong foundation in thin film process development using plasma and thermal methods, especially for dielectric (including lowK and highK films), carbon-based films, with an ability to analyze structural-process correlations and conduct failure analysis. 

• Experience in benchmarking technology, conducting competitive analyses, and assessing industry trends, with the capability to translate complex data into actionable technology roadmaps and process improvements. 

• Ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in the development and deployment of new process technologies, including collaboration with integration, device, reliability, and manufacturing engineering groups.

 Job Scope

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D models, drawings, and technical documentation for transformer mechanical components and assemblies.

• Extract and compile parts information to generate accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) and part lists.

• Design, develop, and plan the manufacturing processes for transformers and related mechanical equipment, components, and systems.

• Review, check, and approve mechanical, production, and fabrication drawings to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.

• Monitor and control fabrication schedules in accordance with production timelines to ensure on-time delivery.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the Production team on engineering and manufacturing matters.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and continuous process improvement.

 Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) software, including AutoCAD 2D/3D.

• Preferably with prior few years of relevant working experience in transformer manufacturing or heavy industrial equipment

Singapore CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer

(Able to station at USA client site immediately From April to July)

1.Operation and Monitoring

·      Daily operation and monitoring of WWTP Plant and processdrain systems.

·      Round-the-clock plant checks and parameter logging.

·      Continuous monitoring of critical systems (pHcontrol, fluoride removal, RO system performance, etc.).

·      SCADA Monitoring

2.Equipment and Instrument Maintenance

·      Preventive maintenance for pumps, mixers and othermechanical equipment. (eg. Lubricant replacement, Greasing, Vibration andTemperature Measurement)

·      Sensor cleaning, calibration, and troubleshooting(pH, fluoride, conductivity, TSS sensors) (All tools and soluble provided by client)

·      Replace RO system guard filters as required.

·      Periodic cleaning (e.g., turbidity sensors, filterpresses, sump pits and Lamella Settler).

3.Sampling, Compliance, and Waste Management

·      Scheduled sampling for wastewater.

·      Assisting in ad-hoc PUB compliance sampling.

4.Facility Upkeep and Housekeeping

·      Routine descaling, rust prevention, and painting ofmetallic structures.

·      Proper housekeeping practices to maintain safe,clean working conditions.

·      Immediate blockage clearance for Fab and WWTPdrainage systems.

The System Engineer (Junior DevOps) is responsible for supporting and maintaining containerized platforms, primarily Kubernetes (K8s) clusters. The role also involves provisioning new Kubernetes clusters for new projects, collaborating with the Wintel team on Active Directory (AD) and SOX-related Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) activities, and supporting ongoing IT security and compliance reviews.

Key Responsibilities

·      Maintain, monitor, and support existing Kubernetes (K8s) clusters to ensure stability, availability, and performance.

·      Provision and configure new Kubernetes clusters to support new projects and business requirements.

·      Support CI/CD and DevOps operational activities in a junior capacity, following established standards and best practices.

·      Perform routine cluster upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery activities.

·      Collaborate closely with application teams to support containerized workloads.

·      Work with the Wintel team to support Active Directory (AD) related tasks, including SOX Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) evidence and controls.

·      Participate in regular IT security reviews and compliance checks.

·      Ensure systems and platforms comply with internal security policies and regulatory requirements.

·      Document system configurations, procedures, and operational changes.

·      Assist in incident and problem resolution related to system, platform, or DevOps environments.

Required Skills & Experience

·      Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.

·      1–3years of experience in system administration, DevOps, or infrastructure support roles.

·      Hands-one xperience or strong exposure to Kubernetes (K8s)

·      Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps concepts.

·      Understanding of Active Directory fundamentals and Windows server environments.

·      Awareness of IT security, compliance, and audit requirements (e.g., SOX).

·      Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

·      Willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps and cloud-native environment.
