Your Job

As a Senior Engineer, Die Design, your primary responsibility is to lead and participate in the design and development process from concept to delivery. You will provide the best value working design solutions for technical problems. What You Will Do

• Lead the design and development from concept to delivery, providing effective solutions to technical challenges.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Product Designers and Procurement, to achieve project objectives.
• Formulate the scope of works and develop design philosophies based on product design.
• Provide ballpark quotes and schedules for MIE during project launches.
• Highlight product design issues during design reviews and FMEAs.
• Conduct tooling design reviews using design guidelines and FMEAs.
• Design and develop tooling to support new product launches, ramp-ups, and FA closures until mass production.
• Collaborate closely with Toolmakers on FOT and Die Qualification.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• NTC 2 or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in die debugging, fabrication, and building of progressive dies.
• 8 years of experience in the tool and die industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
