Responsibilities

• Work closely with Program Managers, Manufacturing teams (Process Integration), Customer engineers, Benchmarking teams to identify and understand the key technological features that need to be controlled and secured by Design Rules.

• Create layout Designs of Experiment (DoE) and design Test Structures that will be delivered on Test vehicles.

• Perform rigorous Silicon data analysis and efficiently communicate the conclusions to Design Rule engineers, as well as Integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Design attractive and persuasive creative decks to support project pitching to prospective clients
• Conceptualize and develop graphic designs for events such as dinner and dances, awards nights, and conferences
• Collaborate in event organization and execution to understand the relationship between creative design and event operations
• Work beyond office hours during event setup and event days as required
• Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and refine graphic materials for events
• Perform basic video editing tasks to enhance event visuals, where applicable

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop software for graphic design tasks
• Basic video editing skills to support multimedia content creation

Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop conceptual solutions forsemiconductor products including change kits, jigs & fixtures, testcontactors, and precision spare parts.

·      Create 3D models and detailed productiondrawings using SolidWorks, including BOMs and fabricationspecifications.

·      Apply reverse engineering techniques andmechanical design knowledge to support product improvements.

·      Perform design analysis, GD&T, andassembly simulations to validate concepts.

·      Carry out hands-on minor assembly and fittingwork when required

·      Liaise with internal departments to ensuredesigns meet functional, manufacturing, and quality requirements.

·      Continuously explore and propose new designconcepts to improve performance and competitiveness.

Requirement:

·      Min. Diploma / Bachelor's Degree inMechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

·      Fresh graduates are welcome, a strong foundation inmechanical design is expected

·      Proficient in SolidWorks, with knowledge ofmechanical drafting and design

·      Independent, proactive, and a team player withgood problem-solving skills

Key Administrative Responsibilities

• Office Management & Support: Maintaining office efficiency and ordering office supplies & equipment
• Communication: Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Document Management: Preparing reports, drafting documents and maintaining physical or digital filing systems.
• Financial & Administrative Tasks: Assisting with basic bookkeeping, factory invoice processing, expense reporting, petty cash management, and payroll support (worker salary & management)

• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Content Creation & Management:
  Develop engaging marketing materials including brochures, emails, social media posts, and website content.
  Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, message, and identity.
