We are seeking a talented Lead Designer - Workplace. You will be part of our design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects. Working closely with the design team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects and leading client presentations/pitches as well as design management and coordination for projects.

In Brief

● You will be responsible for working on strategizing design solutions to fit assigned programs and budgets.

● You will work on multiple projects and provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.

● You will work closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.

● You will lead and participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed & working closely with the team, you will be responsible for design management and coordination with project stakeholders as needed.

● You will provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.

● You will attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.

● You will travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required.

Requirement:

● You have 10+ years of experience of working on Commercial interior / Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team.

● You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.

● You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.

● You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.

● You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

● You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop.

Clinical Duties:

1. Assist dentists chairside for general, cosmetic, surgical and all dental-related procedures.
2. Prepare treatment rooms with required high-tech equipment (intraoral scanners, digital X-ray units, CAD/CAM systems).
3. Assist dentists in taking digital X-rays, photographs and 3D scans.
4. Maintain stringent infection control and sterilisation protocols.
5. Manage dental materials, instruments and advanced dental technology.

Patient Care:

1. Greet patients with professionalism and warmth.
2. Provide reassurance and clear explanations of procedures.
3. Monitor patient comfort; offer amenities such as blankets, headphones, and neck pillows.
4. Give detailed post-op care instructions.

Administrative and Technical Support:

1. Accurately update and maintain patient records in practice management software.
2. Coordinate with dental labs.
3. Monitor and restock clinical supplies and materials.
4. Operate and troubleshoot digital equipment and software.

We are looking for a Design & Material Consultant to support client advisory, material specification, and project coordination across various interior and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise designers, architects, and clients on suitable material and finishes selection based on project requirements
• Present and recommend products including decorative finishes, panels, and surface systems
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and material presentations for projects
• Coordinate with internal teams, applicators, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
• Support sample development and mock-ups for client approval
• Attend site visits and provide guidance on material application and detailing
• Ensure proper documentation of project specifications and materials used
• Build and maintain strong relationships with designers, contractors, and industry partners

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or related field
• Minimum 1year of experience in interior design, material consultancy, or related industry
• Strong interest and understanding of materials, finishes, and surface applications
• Good sense of design, colour coordination, and detailing
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly with clients and project teams
• Experience in client-facing roles is an advantage
• Self-driven, organised, and able to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable with site coordination and working with contractors

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of decorative finishes, laminates, or architectural materials
• Familiarity with basic drawings or detailing
• Experience preparing quotations or project proposals

What We’re Looking For:

● You are a 3D visualizer with a minimum of 4 - 8 years of relevant experience of interior projects.

● You have advanced knowledge of 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.

● We are looking for someone who has experience working with advanced unreal engine, Blender

software.

● You should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.

● You have experience in the production of quality imagery including lighting,texturing and post-production work

● You should have a good understanding of technical drawings for interior design.

● We are seeking a 3D visualiser to be part of our studio and work closely with the interior design and 3D visualization teams in the preparation of 3D renderings and animations.
