About the Role

The Technology Architecture, Principal is responsible for defining and governing AIA Singapore’s technology-wide architecture, ensuring that technology investments are aligned with business strategy, scalable for future growth, and compliant with Group standards.

This role develops and drives architecture frameworks and integration strategies, and technical roadmaps across the application, data, infrastructure, and security domains. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist with deep architecture expertise and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology.

You will play a critical role in enabling AIA’s digital transformation, modernizing our application landscape, and guiding engineering teams toward future ready platforms and patterns.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Technology Architecture Strategy & Governance

• Define, maintain, and evolve the technology architecture blueprint aligned with AIA Singapore’s business strategy.

• Establish architecture standards, patterns, principles, and guardrails across application, data, integration, and security domains.

• Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, platforms, and tools to support future‑state architecture.

• Drive adoption of Group architecture frameworks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Architecture Planning & Roadmap Execution

• Work closely with business, technology, and AIA Group teams to develop multi‑year architecture roadmaps.

• Guide the modernization of legacy systems toward -native, scalable, API-driven architectures.

• Partner with product and engineering leaders to design target-state architectures for major programs and initiatives.

• Ensure architectural designs deliver performance, scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.

• Conducts analysis of technology trends, vendor/products lifecycles, regulatory conditions, and market capabilities to determine recommended improvements to the existing solutions.

Technology Design Leadership

• Provide leadership for technology design across major organisational initiatives, from concept to delivery.

• Review and endorse technical design proposals, ensuring alignment with organisational technology standards.

• Resolve complex technical challenges and ensure designs are scalable, resilient, and cost‑efficient.

• Conduct impact assessments, technology evaluations, and design‑related risk assessments.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Engage senior business leaders, product teams, Group architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams to ensure common alignment on technology direction.

• Act as the architecture thought leader, influencing decision-making across the organization.

• Communicate architecture strategies, decisions, and technical trade-offs in a clear and structured manner.

Technology Leadership & Capability Building

• Champion engineering excellence, modern architecture practices, and reusable platform capabilities.

• Mentor solution architects and senior engineers, developing the next generation of architectural talent.

• Promote continuous learning, innovation, and adoption of emerging technologies (-native, integration, analytics, DevSecOps, API-first, etc.).

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in technology architecture or technical leadership roles.

• Strong architectural expertise across:

  • Technology architecture.

  • Application architecture (microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs).

  • Data and integration architecture (data platforms, streaming, ETL/ELT, API gateway).

  • Security and infrastructure fundamentals.

• Proven track record defining technology architecture frameworks and governing large-scale technology ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering practices, DevOps, and -native development.

• Experience leading architecture for large digital transformation programs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at senior levels.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Good To Have:

• Experience in insurance or financial services.

• Certification in TOGAF, Azure Architecture, or similar.

• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in a financial institution.

• Background in platform engineering and API management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and tracking project milestones

• Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution

• Read and interpret technical drawings, and translate them into fabrication/production requirements

• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and sales to manage requirements and timelines

• Source props, materials, and finishes to meet design and project needs

• Prepare project documents such as schedules, reports, quotations, and meeting notes

Position Summary

Package Design Manager (BGA & Substrate & WLCSP) is responsible for management of product and tooling design.

Candidates with management of wafer bumping, WLCSP, BGA or fanout packaging experience are encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead packaging design team.
• With reference to internal design guidelines, work with the internal & external customer to:
• Generate, update, and revise electrical routing layout based on the netlist or design provided by external customers.
• Generate test vehicle design and the related PCB design.
• Prepare design risk assessment report.
• Generate reticle and stencil design.
• Generate other schematics or drawing asrequested.
• Review,maintenance and update the design guidelines.
• Manage the conversion of internal design into suppliers’ final design.
• Document all the drawing revisions and change records.
• Support audits
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Manage packaging design team.
• 5~10years hand-on experience of using Cadence APD in RDL routing and mask design for wafer-level processes including Wafer bumping, WLCSP, BGA, eWLB and other fan-out processes. Other similar experience could be considered if relevant.
• Good understanding on the design guidelines and familiar in generating risk assessment report based on Fan-in/ Fan-out process capability.
• Familiar with other design software like Link cad, CAM350, AutoCAD, GDS editor and Gerber editors.
• Familiar with PCB test board design.
• Knowledge and understanding of wafer-level process and product reliability as well as other packaging assembly process will be the advantage.

The Creative Design & Communications Executive supports Trybe’s organisational and programme communications through the design and production of visual, digital, and short‑form video content. The role focuses primarily on creative and design execution, with support for marketing communications and campaign initiatives. Candidates with design background and an interest in communications or communications practitioners with strong visual and content capabilities, are welcome to apply.

Scope of Work

Creative & Design Execution

• Design digital and visual assets for campaigns, events, and programmes, in line with Trybe’s brand guidelines
• Create original social media assets for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok, including static posts, stories, cover visuals, and campaign graphics
• Produce and edit short-form and simple storytelling video content for social and digital platforms, including subtitling and format adaptation
• Adapt creative assets for multi-platform use across public-facing or internal platforms (e.g. web, social media, podcast, internal channels)
• Design simple print and presentation materials such as posters, brochures, handouts, decks, and event materials
• Prepare final artwork files for publication, internal use, or vendor handover

Engagement Terms

This is a deliverable-based freelance engagement. Specific terms, including scope, turnaround timelines, and meeting cadence, will be discussed and agreed with the selected freelancer.

Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognized Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

• Work as Resident Technical Officer to our LTA projects, to assist and report to RE and SRE to monitor all site activities, and any incident, including near misses. Report any non-compliance to RE and Qualified Person Supervision (QPS).

• Assist Engineer in carrying out supervision for related works include but not limited to replacement and extension, construction and reconfiguration of viaduct/bridge works, and associated civil works, proposed new flexible pavement and infrastructure, re-alignment of roadways, fencing and construction.

• Prepare daily reports at regular basic and as required by clients.

• Supervise all construction activities and ensure compliance to all plans/drawings, risk assessment and specifications.

• Willing to work on rotation shifts.

• Ensure compliance to all health and safety policies.

• Ensure that contractor and their subcontractor comply with client's safety requirement, and safety checklists are follow.

• Reject poor quality of works at site and inform RE to raise non-conformance notice.

• Assist RE to manage and maintain records and documentation on field or site changes and to monitor adherence to construction schedule.

• Carryout standing supervision for critical site activities based.

• Preferably PR and Singaporean.
