Job Summary

Support architectural projects by preparing design and presentation drawings, submission documentation, and construction drawings while coordinating with authorities, consultants, and clients to ensure project compliance and quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed design and presentation drawings to effectively communicate concepts to clients
• Develop submission drawings and compile documentation to meet regulatory authority requirements
• Assist senior architects in producing construction and working drawings, including tender documentation, to support project execution
• Coordinate project requirements and approvals by liaising with relevant authorities, consultants, and clients
• Utilize Bim Modelling (Revit or ArchiCAD), AutoCAD, SketchUp to produce accurate and high-quality drafting work for architectural projects

• Communication and Presentation: Presenting design proposals to clients and addressing their feedback.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up with industry trends and technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure
• Perform site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards
• Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, and reports
• Liaise with architects, subcontractors, consultants, and clients
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with regulatory requirements and project specifications
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Provide technical guidance and supervision to junior engineers or site staff

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structural) or equivalent, recognized by Professional Engineering Board of Singapore.
• At least 1 Year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Good working attitude, self-motivated, positive thinking, independent, discipline, attention to details and ownership of tasks.
• Familiar with local design standard and code.
• Knowledge of design software, e.g. STAAD Pro, Plaxis, AutoCAD will be added advantage.
• Candidate with longer experience or qualifications will be considered for senior positions.

• Design, test, debug, and commission customized automation machines, including jigs & fixtures, semi- and fully automatic systems
