This is not your typical "paper-pushing" admin job. You will be the heartbeat of our office—blending professional client coordination with high-energy content creation. You will work closely with our leadership team to build our brand’s digital presence while ensuring our daily operations run like clockwork.

What You’ll Do

• Creative Content Production: Capture high-quality photos and videos during company events, team bonding activities, and seminars.
• Digital Storytelling: Transform raw footage into engaging Reels/TikToks using CapCut and design professional social media assets/marketing collateral using Canva.
• Workflow Management: Keep the team organized by managing tasks and project timelines through Trello.
• Client Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for customer service, including scheduling appointments and managing event registrations.
• General Administration: Assist with essential office operations to ensure a seamless experience for both our consultants and clients.

Who We’re Looking For

• Tech & Media Savvy: Proficiency in Canva and CapCut is essential. A keen eye for aesthetics and social media trends is a huge plus.
• Organizational Whiz: Experience with (or a quick learner of) Trello and G-Suite. You should enjoy bringing order to a fast-paced environment.
• Commendable Communication: Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders; you should have a service-oriented mindset.

- Design menus, seasonal dishes, and overall food direction.
- Manage kitchen staff and be main in charge of training and performance management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide sales and administrative support to sales team
• Liaise and follow up with customers on enquiries via teleconference and emails.
• Preparing of quotation based on customer requests
• Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
• Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Education level: O-level, Diploma, or Degree holders in Event Management
• 2years of experience in an admin / support role is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual

- Creative thinking, innovative, confident & positive working attitude

- Great sense of ownership and responsibility

- Meticulous, efficient, well organized and able to multi-task

- Able to work independently & as a team to meet project timelines

- Self-motivated and sales target driven
