• 3–5+ years of experience in technical sales or business development within waterproofing, leakage, or building chemicals
• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or Construction Management
• Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and strong understanding of waterproofing systems
• Established network with key stakeholders in the local construction industry
• Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills; self-driven and results-oriented
• Possession of a valid class 3 driving license (preferred, helps with mobility but not essential for core duties)

You will also manage sales records, databases, payment receivables, and work closely with construction site and finance teams to ensure smooth sales operations.

Responsibilities:

· Boost new sales leads through proactive customer outreach, including catalogue distribution and cold calling.

·  Handle indoor sales inquiries and orders via phone and email

·  Preparing and processing sales orders and quotations

·  Coordinate sales logistics, including machinery delivery and site arrangements with foreman and clients

·  Manage administrative and coordination tasks related to sales operations

·  Maintain and update sales databases, including orders, machinery and operator movements

·  Develop and manage proper filing systems and sales records

·  Coordinate with site and finance teams on sales-related matters

· Follow up on payment receivables

Requirements:

·  Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Commerce/ Marketing/ Business Administration or a related field are preferred.
