Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall construction phase, including site planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Support the preparation of construction contractual documents, tender documents, approvals, and submission requirements.
• Identify project construction requirements based on project size, scope, timeline, resources, and site conditions.
• Monitor construction progress, review progress reports, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements for time, cost, and quality.
• Coordinate project meetings, verify action items, follow up on outstanding matters, and ensure timely resolution of site issues.
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control standards to ensure works meet project specifications and stakeholder expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, construction procedures, and company standards.
• Manage subcontractor work activities, site performance, productivity, project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Drive workplace safety, health, and sustainability practices in line with WSH policies, environmental standards, and green building guidelines.
• Manage project completion, defect rectification, testing and commissioning, handover documentation, risk controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience in Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site operations, quality control, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing site teams, subcontractors, workers, and project stakeholders.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage reports, documentation, meetings, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare measurements, cost estimates, and pricing for tenders and project quotations.
• Handle progress claims, variation orders (VO), and related documentation for ongoing projects.
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support project progress.
• Participate in weekly site meetings to monitor work progress and ensure subcontractors and suppliers fulfil contractual obligations.
• Maintain and update costing records and master files for all project sites at the headquarters office.
• Source and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project costs remain within budget.
• Assist in contract administration and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation
• To checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
• To supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
• To carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draw, and distribute technical drawings and calculations in compliance with project requirements and regulatory authorities
• Collaborate with project teams and production units to provide timely adjustments and ensure alignment with project objectives
• Coordinate site activities by verifying drawings and resolving discrepancies to support smooth construction progress
• Develop and maintain BIM models with accurate parameters and attributes to enable BIM-based quantification and 4D simulation for project planning
• Update BIM models regularly to reflect design changes and support project documentation accuracy
• Execute additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support project delivery and team objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin to facilitate effective coordination across teams and stakeholders
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction building and civil engineering industry
• Expertise in BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD software applications
• Ability to perform accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in drawings and model development
