• Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to achieve performance targets and professional growth. 

  Task Coordination: Assign tasks, organize schedules, and monitor workflow to ensure efficiency and timely completion of projects. 

  Performance Monitoring: Track employee performance, provide feedback, conduct evaluations, and implement improvement plans. 

  Operational Oversight: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards; conduct inspections and report deviations. 

  Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, resolve team or client-related issues, and implement effective solutions. 

  Communication: Serve as a liaison between management and staff, conducting meetings, sharing updates, and fostering a collaborative environment. 

1. Singapore citizens or Singapore PR will be given priority.

2. Preference will be given to those with work experience in MANAGER-related positions or related industries.

3. Acceptance of a six-day workweek with overtime, and responsibilities including business trips, market visits, or site work. Need to work in rotating shifts between day and night.

4. Experience in relevant job positions in Singapore is preferred due to market demand.
