Job Summary

A General Storekeeper manages materials, tools, and inventory in construction or industrial settings to support site operations efficiently and maintain accurate stock control.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against delivery or purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Record all stock movements in store ledger or inventory system to maintain up-to-date inventory data
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper storage conditions to preserve material quality
• Issue materials, tools, and equipment to site staff based on approved requisitions with proper documentation
• Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly store or warehouse environment
• Conduct regular stock counts (weekly, monthly, annual) to verify inventory accuracy
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock to support replenishment planning
• Assist in procurement requests by providing accurate stock information
• Handle and store construction materials (cement, steel, chemicals) properly to prevent damage or loss
• Apply FIFO (First-In First-Out) system to manage stock rotation effectively
• Maintain store records, delivery notes, and inventory registers for accurate documentation
• Prepare stock reports for management review to support decision-making
• Assist auditors during stock audits by providing required documentation and information
• Liaise with site engineers, procurement teams, and suppliers to coordinate material deliveries
• Coordinate with logistics teams for unloading and storage arrangements to ensure smooth operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Physically fit to handle materials as required
• Able to read delivery orders, material specifications, and basic drawings

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in storekeeping, preferably in construction or engineering projects
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems (manual or software-based)

Other Information

• Work environment may be site-based or warehouse-based

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our accounts and daily administrative operations. This role will focus mainly on handling financial documentation, invoice processing, and assisting with basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

⦁ Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and receipts

⦁ Assist in accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR)

⦁ Verify invoices and supporting documents before submission

⦁ Maintain proper records of financial transactions

⦁ Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document management)

⦁ Maintain organised records of projects and client documents

⦁ Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation updates

Requirements

⦁ Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

Requirements

• 3 Years experience in building/civil in Singapore
• Preferably with experience in handling Commercial / HDB / HIP projects
• Min. Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Coordinate with sub-contractors to resolve site issues promptly and maintain continuous workflow
• Report project progress and updates clearly to the project manager to support informed decision-making
• Monitor and control structural work progress to meet project timelines and quality standards
• Plan and manage site operations to optimize resource utilization and maintain schedule adherence
• Support project objectives by performing additional duties as assigned by superiors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with associates
• Demonstrated teamwork skills through collaboration with diverse teams to solve problems
• Experience working with main contractors; landed project experience is an advantage
• Ability to use AUTOCAD software
