• Lead and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency of building facilities and M&E systems
• Manage and guide a team of technicians and technical officers to deliver effective maintenance and repair services
• Liaise and collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to oversee projects, maintenance, repair, shutdown, and overhaul works, ensuring quality and timeliness

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the Facilities Management industry, including at least 3 years in M&E Facilities Maintenance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any Facilities Management related qualification
• Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance and M&E systems including Electrical, ACMV, Chiller, and Fire Protection systems
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team

Role Overview 

The Offshore Material Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all material logistics activities onboard an offshore unit. This role ensures that materials are received, stored, issued and returned efficiently, safely and in compliance with applicable procedures and regulatory requirements. The position plays a critical role in supporting uninterrupted offshore operations through effective inventory control, coordination with onshore teams and supervision of storekeeping activities. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee inbound, outbound and backloaded materials, including verification of manifests, documentation and material condition, with particular attention to dangerous goods. 

• Ensure proper storage, labelling, preservation and system registration of all onboard materials. 

• Supervise storekeeping personnel and ensure compliance with logistics and inventory control procedures. 

• Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate regular stock takes and audits. 

• Act as the primary offshore interface with onshore logistics teams for urgent materials, backloads and operational coordination. 

• Prepare and issue regular and ad-hoc reports on stock levels, spare parts status and store conditions. 

• Support helicopter and vessel loading operations as required, ensuring documentation compliance. 

• Ensure proper waste segregation, identification and backloading in accordance with regulations. 

• Promote continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and proposing operational enhancements.

Operate in full compliance with company HSSE policies, industry regulations and recognised offshore standards. Promote a strong safety culture, ensure safe material handling practices and support audit and inspection processes. 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum High School qualification; technical diploma or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrumentation disciplines is an advantage. 

• At least 5 years of relevant offshore experience, including offshore warehouse or store management. 

• Previous experience in offshore logistics operations is preferred. 

• Valid certification in Dangerous Goods handling is desirable. 

• Forklift driving certification is mandatory. 

• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with CMMS systems (e.g. SAP) is advantageous. 

• Advanced level of English required.

Manage and oversee the smooth completion of Passive Fire Protection Projects in Singapore and Overseas.

1.   Skilled in all aspects of surface preparation of steel structures and application of various major brands of Passive Fire Protection coatings and products for Onshore and Offshore, Marine and Oil & Gas Industries.

2.   Familiar with all types of Passive Fire Protection (PFP) coatings for Oil & Gas segment and an approved applicator certified by various PFP product manufacturers.

3.   Highly skilled in the application of PFP coating with knowledge of plural pumps operation, maintenance and repairs.

4.   Well versed in Quality Control procedures for application of PFP coatings.

5.   Ability to work independently, mobilise equipment, supervise teams ofworkers and provide on the job training.

6.   Liaise with client representatives, independent inspectors & product inspection personnel.

7.   Ability to read drawings & preparation of reports

8.   Must be willing to travel to regional work sites for trouble shooting and provide training for group companies’ personnel.
