Advertising Management: Utilize platform advertising tools (e.g., WeChat Moments ads, Douyin feed ads, etc.) for precise targeting to amplify the reach of quality content.

Job duties:

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and disciplinary cases to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.
• Ensure adherence to Singapore employment laws and company policies through proactive compliance monitoring and guidance.
• Oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation
• Manage foreign workforce matters including work pass applications, renewals, quota planning, and levy administration
• Manage payroll processes, involve in employee’s monthly payroll and statutory submission.
• Oversee company insurance matters and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:
