• Oversee contract execution and monitor installation progress, ensuring timely delivery through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Achieve daily production targets and quality asper customer requirements.

·      Keep management aware of the operation progress through minutes / mail, verbal updates, and review.

·      Liaise with material and production planners on production schedule

·      Prepared daily production report for management review

·      Co-ordinate with other supporting departments to ensure production targets are met

·      Analyse and troubleshoot daily process problems

·      Initiates ideas for improving process efficiency

·      Ensure that the set-up operation and inspection processes are done according to specified procedures and instructions

·      Maintain proper documentation and control of records

·      Train nd guide subordinates according to operation standards

·      Make arrangements for daily production i.e. manpower and material

·      Monitor the status of daily production output, and provide feedback to superiors if unforeseen disruptions occur during production

·      Monitor and ensure that the production is operating in accordance to operation standards and in line with safety regulations

·      Monitor the discipline of subordinates to ensure that operation conduct is maintained at a good level

·      Monitor and feedback to superior should any abnormality be found during production

·      Accomplish all tasks assigned by superior and provide feedback in the process of the task

·       Ensure housekeeping is carried out daily and maintain a high standard of cleanliness at the production floor

Job Requirements:

·       Diploma in any field/GCE “A” Level / GCE “O” Level

·      3-5years of supervisory experience

·      Bilingual in English and Chinese, Malay is a plus

·       Experience in managing line assembly is a plus
