Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in food preparation tasks including cleaning, cutting, chopping, and peeling food ingredients.

2. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food preparation areas in compliance with company policies and industry hygiene and safety standards.

3. Wash, disinfect, and correctly store kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment.

4. Procure, weigh, and store food ingredients and supplies as needed.

5. Operate various kitchen appliances and tools such as mixers, knives, and food processors to support cooking activities.

• Overseeing inventory needs and undertaking office management and administration.

• Evaluating the performance of your assigned employees, delivering positive and/or negative feedback, and addressing any shortcomings.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties

2. Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery

3. Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule

4. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

5. Check on staff punctuality and discipline

6. Any other duties assigned by Manager and Clients

Requirements:

1. Able to work midnight shift

2. Able to Standby 24x7, Must be able to report for work on short notice at times.

3. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
