• Min Nitec in Engineering / Construction / BCSS or equivalent
• Able to read and understand technical drawings
• Able to manage multi-national team members
• Must posses BCSS, Confined Space Management, Registered Earthworks Supervisor & etc.
• Overtime Required

Job Summary

Lead and manage the Plumbing & Sanitary installation team to deliver construction projects. Resolve engineering issues, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare progress claims, and produce detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Manage BIM MEP execution to meet client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and manage the Plumbing & Sanitary installation team to ensure timely and quality project delivery
• Resolve engineering issues by analyzing problems and implementing effective solutions for clients
• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers, subcontractors, main contractors, consultants, and authorities to align project objectives
• Prepare and submit progress claims accurately to main contractors and clients to support project cash flow
• Develop and prepare construction shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit software
• Maintain and organize drawing reports and records to ensure project documentation accuracy and accessibility
• Manage BIM MEP processes by implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEP) to fulfill client requirements and project standards

Handle general administrative tasks including document filing, meeting coordination, office supply management, and data entry

•⁠ ⁠Draft, proofread, and maintain official documents, reports, and correspondence

•⁠ ⁠Manage front desk duties: visitor reception, phone answering, and internal/external communication

•⁠ ⁠Assist HR/Finance teams with attendance tracking, expense reimbursement, and on/offboarding procedures

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate cross-departmental tasks and ensure timely completion of administrative assignments

•⁠ ⁠Complete other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing tendering, procurement, and subcontract administration to support project delivery
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports to inform project financial planning
• Evaluate claims, variation orders, and final accounts to ensure accurate financial reconciliation
• Liaise with consultants and subcontractors on contractual matters to facilitate clear communication and issue resolution
• Monitor project costs continuously and highlight potential overruns to enable timely corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with standard contracts (SIA/PSSCOC) to maintain contractual integrity and risk management

• To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in the daily execution of work.
• To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.
