Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in HDB projects
• Preferably Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.

Job Summary

You will ensure construction and engineering works meet project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements through inspections, documentation, and coordination with consultants and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved drawings and project specifications
• Perform material inspections to confirm adherence to quality standards
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and reports
• Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and track resolution progress
• Coordinate with consultants to facilitate inspections and manage Request for Information (RFI) submissions
• Review method statements and shop drawings to ensure technical accuracy and compliance
• Ensure all works comply with local authority regulations and ISO standards
• Monitor ongoing site activities and verify implementation of corrective actions

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and documentation

Job Description:

• The on-site team shall be overall responsible to ensure the quality outcomes of all works and services. The team shall conduct checks on works and services to demonstrate its effectiveness with established QMS, processes and compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements:

I. Degree / Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.

IV. Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations

V. Knowledge in Greenmark documentation will be added advantage

VI. Experienced in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation

Responsibilities:

I. Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms II. Ensure drawings produced by drafting team and sub-contractors are accurate and timely in alignment with the Project Master Program.

III. Identify shop drawings discrepancies, buildability and impact on different disciplines.

IV. Relate design intent from architect / design consultant to buildable construction shop drawing.

V. Ensure design intent on critical dimensions are highlighted; details are workable and coordinated with other trades.

VI. Liaise with architect, design consultant and sub-contractors on design intent and technical issues.

VII. Coordinate between architectural team and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction drawings.
