- High proficiency in measurement andpreparation of Bills of Quantities

-Minimum 5 years of experience with a quantitysurveying firm; or main contractor for civil/building works in Singapore

-Able to work under pressure, and multitask

-Responsible, high initiative, resourcefuland meticulous

-Good ability in negotiation with clientand subcontractors on Variation Order

-Degree in Civil/ Structure Engineering with minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision of building works.

-Prepare method statements, drawings and risk assessments for building work.

-Coordinate related construction matters with the Subcontractor/ Consultant & Client Subcontractor/ Consultant & Client.

-Plan /monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.

-Liaise with Subcontractor/ Consultant & Client and coordinate site activities arrangement and ensure effective teamwork.
