• Good knowledge in GMP, Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP), Data integrity, 21 CFR Part 11, Digitalization, Computer System Validation

• Solid experience in instruments, control systems, network, electrical. Project and operation experience in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Direct Digital Controls (DDC), Distributed Control System (DCS), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA).

• Experience in Sterile Drug Product Fill Finish equipment (Filling line package, Lyophilizer, Autoclave) and Clean Room Building Management System (BMS)/ Environmental Management System (EMS), Clean Utility automation experience is preferred.

The Manager, Corporate Development will work in a high-caliber team and interact with many different parts of the organization such as Product, Finance, Legal, and CEO’s office. You will play a key role in identifying and executing inorganic growth opportunities that accelerate our global roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• M&A Strategy & Execution: Work on end-to-end execution of acquisitions, from initial thesis and sourcing to valuation, due diligence, and closing.

• Build vs. Buy Analysis: Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to evaluate white-space opportunities and determine the optimal path for market entry or product expansion.

• Market Intelligence: Monitor the global fintech ecosystem to identify emerging trends, potential targets, and competitive threats.

• Investment Management: Develop partnership, investment, and/or acquisition strategies that drive long-term strategic value and competitive advantage.

• Transaction Modeling: Build and manage complex transaction models, including accretion/dilution analysis, synergistic value assessments, and multi-year projections.

• Fundraising & Investor Relations: Support executive leadership in capital raising activities, including managing data rooms, investor Q&A, and high-stakes communication.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a dedicated Corporate Development role within a high-growth tech environment.

• Expertise in financial modeling (DCF, merger model, LTV/CAC) and PowerPoint

• Deep interest in or professional experience with global payments, FX, or financial infrastructure.

• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and external advisors during a live transaction process.

Job Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Management

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of HVAC ducting works, from initial planning to final completion

• Establish and schedule project activities in line with the approved timeline

• Optimize the deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely delivery of milestones

• Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution
  

  
  

Compliance & Safety (CSCPM)

• Ensure adherence to CSCPM (Construction Safety Compliance & Project Management) requirements at all times

• Enforce site safety measures in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

• Maintain comprehensive records for permits, safety compliance, and site activities
  

  
  

Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)

• Ensure all HVAC ducting works meet project specifications, including cleanroom and pharmaceutical standards

• Manage QA/QC activities such as inspections, testing, and proper documentation

• Collaborate with the QA/QC team to resolve NCRs and close punch list items promptly

• Ensure all works comply with applicable standards, including SMACNA, SS553, and project-specific requirements
  

  
  

Commercial & Contract Administration

• Prepare and submit progress claims in accordance with contractual terms and completed work

• Monitor project progress against contractual milestones and ensure accurate valuation

• Administer variation orders (VO), while maintaining cost control and budget management

• Coordinate with clients and consultants on claim submissions, certifications, and approvals
  

  
  

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication

• Chair and lead site, progress, and coordination meetings with relevant stakeholders

• Proactively resolve site challenges, including design clashes and coordination issues

• Ensure timely preparation and submission of shop drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
  

  
  

Testing, Commissioning & Handover

• Supervise testing and commissioning activities to ensure system performance meets requirements

• Manage the project handover process, ensuring all deliverables are completed

• Ensure submission of complete documentation, including as-built drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals
  

  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

• With 5 – 10 years of relevant working experience in HVAC and ducting projects

• Demonstrated experience in managing pharmaceutical or cleanroom environments

• Strong familiarity with QA/QC processes and industry standards, including SMACNA, SS553, and GMP requirements

• Hands-on experience in CSCPM compliance and site safety management practices

• Good understanding of contract administration, including progress claims and variation orders (VO)

• Effective leadership, with strong communication and coordination abilities
