What we expect

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering or a similar role
• Hands-on experience both designing and developing software solutions in enterprise or team-based environments, with a strong focus on code quality, sound design decisions, and collaboration
• Strong proficiency with Python and/or Java
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL; exposure to modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus
• Experience designing, building, and consuming APIs, including RESTful services; familiarity with OpenAPI specifications, event-driven architectures, and modern integration patterns is a plus
• Practical experience integrating SaaS solutions and third-party platforms into enterprise application landscapes — including working with vendor APIs, webhooks, connectors, and middleware — is a strong plus
• Practical experience working with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including deploying and operating applications in cloud-native environments
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern DevOps practices
• Understanding of security-by-design principles and secure coding practices; awareness of how data protection and compliance considerations apply to software design, development, and third-party integrations
• Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical team members, including participating in design reviews, demos, and planning sessions
• Proven ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and coordinate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Comfortable working with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
• Proactive, curious mindset with a drive to learn, improve, and contribute to the team's success
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Good To Have

• Track record of delivering solutions end-to-end — from contributing to solution design and implementation through testing, deployment, and production support — across both custom-developed applications and integrated SaaS or third-party platforms
• Openness to exploring and adopting AI-assisted software engineering tools and practices where they can improve code quality and delivery efficiency
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving software defects, integration failures, and production incidents, including participation in root-cause analysis across both in-house and third-party systems
• Familiarity with observability practices for distributed systems — including structured logging, monitoring, and alerting using modern tooling (e.g., OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) Ability to contribute meaningfully to solution design discussions — covering both custom development and platform integration scenarios — articulate trade-offs, and document design decisions clearly
• Experience producing or contributing to technical design documents, integration specifications, diagrams, and documentation

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
• Must have experience in condominium project.
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.

About the Role:

In this role, you'll be responsible for the entire project lifecycle of our concrete batching plants, from the initial manufacturing phase to final on-site installation and commissioning. You'll work closely with various departments, including engineering, production, and sales, to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the manufacturing process, monitoring quality control and adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate on-site installation activities, managing logistics and ensuring smooth integration of all plant components
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects to ensure deadlines will be met
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• To attend any site meeting as required
• To carry out any Ad-Hoc duties assigned by the management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.

· Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

· Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in technical software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is preferred.
