Job Description

The APAC Head of ETF Business Development role is part of the Global ETF Distribution Team. This newly established role will define and lead our ETF strategy in the region, working closely with both regional and global partners across distribution, product development and investments, to commercialize current and future product offerings. Position: To support joint sustainability efforts at data centre sites. This role will be involved in the strategizing, creating, managing and tracking of multiple sustainability projects across sites in India for our global clients.

Key Accountabilities or Activities

• Review sustainability objectives of client and creation of individualized roadmap for delivery and execution;
• Review daily operations;
• Manage local environmental stakeholders, including greenery and water project executives to support individual project;
• Moderate and host quarterly taskforce meetings with all relevant stakeholders to track progress against roadmap;
• Monthly data management and collection;
• Contribute to annual Sustainability Reports;
• Provide advisory support to other projects from the business angle in line with sustainability goals;
• Other report requested by the Management;
• Draft quarterly contributions on Sustainability and CSR highlights

Qualifications

• Degree or higher qualificationin Engineering and/or Environmental Sciences
• Minimum of 3 years experiencein civil infrastructure projects especially in Singapore and India
• Quantitative and qualitative impact assessment for sustainability
• Experience working with stakeholders in India at state and grassroots level

This role will require frequent travel to India to various construction sites as the business requires while reporting to global clients with a base in Singapore. The candidate must be proficient in English and Hindi at a minimum.
