Role Summary

The Senior/Principal Data Analyst - Reporting Specialist is responsible for leading the design, development and implementation of digital analytics, automation and communication solutions to support project and site operations. The role spans Power BI–based reporting, Power Platform applications, business process automation and digital content development, delivered in accordance with Client and public sector information management and governance standards.

The role requires independent delivery across the full solution lifecycle, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate operational, business and communication requirements into scalable digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and assure weekly and monthly site performance reports using digital dashboards and structured reporting outputs.

Digital Communications & Content Enablement

• Support project and stakeholder communications through the development of digital communication materials, including short marketing or explainer videos demonstrating digital tools, dashboards or process improvements.

• Translate technical digital solutions into clear, accessible content for non technical audiences to support adoption, engagement and change enablement.

• Ensure digital communication outputs align with Client branding, messaging and information governance standards.

Stakeholder Engagement & Capability Building

• Act as a key interface between site teams, contractors and digital stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational needs.

• Deliver training sessions, onboarding materials and user guidance for digital tools and automated processes.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is strongly preferred (e.g. Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, Business Analysis, Engineering, Information Systems, Strategic Marketing, or related fields).

• 5–10 years’ experience in digital delivery, business process automation, data analytics, project controls or related consulting roles.

• Demonstrated experience delivering Power BI dashboards, including data modelling and DAX.

• Practical experience with Power Apps and business workflow automation (e.g. Power Automate).

What will you do?

This role serves as a key liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and business units leading complex business analysis initiatives, identifying solutions, to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency and support decision-making through data driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field

• 6+ years and above of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level projects
• Strong proficiency in business process modelling, requirements engineering
• Experience in configuration of low-code/no-code products. Familiarity with Whole-of-Government tools like GatherSG, ApplySG, FormSG and Opus will be advantageous.

Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst – Retirement Adequacy

The Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health (SSHSPH) at the National University of Singapore (NUS) is recruiting a Research Assistant/Associate Policy Analyst. Rapid population ageing in Singapore raises important questions about financial resilience and retirement adequacy. This project aims to examine how life-course transitions in employment, health, caregiving, and housing shape income, expenditure, and financial vulnerability in later life. The study will draw on longitudinal datasets, including the Retirement and Health Study and will involve quantitative analysis and policy-relevant modelling to inform retirement and ageing-related policies in Singapore. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

Duties may include, but are not limited to: (1) providing programming support for research projects; (2) conducting statistical and econometric analyses using longitudinal data; (3) managing large and complex datasets; (4) constructing indicators of retirement adequacy and financial vulnerability; (5) supporting policy modelling; (6) conducting literature reviews; and (7) contributing to scientific manuscripts, reports, and dissemination of findings.

The appointed candidate should: (1) hold at least a bachelor’s degree; (2) be proficient in Stata or R; and (3) have training in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, quantitative social science, public health, epidemiology, or a related field. Experience with longitudinal data analysis or microsimulation modelling is preferred. Familiarity with C++ is advantageous but not required.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work with large datasets and have strong knowledge of quantitative methods. Strong analytical thinking and work ethics, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are essential. Excellent written and spoken English is required, as the candidate will engage with stakeholders and contribute to reports and publications.

Role Summary

The Data Center Operations & Customer Service Engineerprovides operational and technical support for production infrastructure andcustomer services. • Monitor payment transactions for suspicious or unusual activity

  Perform alert reviews and escalate potential AML/CFT risks

  Investigate flagged transactions across fiat payment flows

• KYC / Due Diligence Support

• Assist in onboarding checks, including KYC and customer due diligence (CDD)

  Conduct periodic reviews and refresh of client profiles

  Support enhanced due diligence (EDD) where required

• Ensure payment transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

  Support sanctions screening and name screening processes

  Minimum Requirements

• 1 years of experience in compliance, AML, payments, or financial services 
• Basic understanding of AML/CFT, KYC, and transaction monitoring concepts
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

    Job Description

·      We are seeking a skilled and proactive Cyber Security Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for real-time security monitoring, incident investigation, and response across enterprise environments.

·       This role requires strong expertise in threat detection, incident handling, and continuous improvement of SOC capabilities. 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Security Monitoring & Incident Response Monitor, investigate, and respond to medium to high-severity security incidents across network, endpoint, cloud, and application environments

·       Perform in-depth analysis of alerts, logs, and security telemetry to identify root cause, impact, and remediation actions

·       Coordinate incident response activities with internal teams and external stakeholders when required 

·      Escalate critical incidents to management as per defined protocols 

·      Ensure all incidents are handled in accordance with SLAs, playbooks, and compliance requirements 

·      Threat Detection & Use Case Management Tune and optimize SIEM detection rules to improve detection accuracy and reduce false positives

·       Analyze emerging threats and enhance detection use cases accordingly

·       Continuous Improvement & SOC Maturity Contribute to the development and enhancement of SOC processes, runbooks, and playbooks 

·      Identify opportunities for automation using SOAR and AI-driven solutions 

·      Support initiatives to improve SOC efficiency and maturity 

·      Leadership & Mentorship Provide guidance and mentoring to junior SOC analysts Act as an escalation point for complex investigations 

·      Promote knowledge sharing, training, and continuous learning within the team 

Required Skills & Experience 

·      Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Elasticsearch, Microsoft Sentinel, or Google SecOps Strong understanding of network, endpoint, identity, and cloud security concepts 

·      Experience analyzing logs from firewalls, EDR, IDS/IPS, cloud platforms, and operating systems 

·      Knowledge of incident response methodologies and digital forensics fundamentals 

·      Experience 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security Operations, SOC, or Incident 

·      Response roles Proven ability to independently handle medium to high-severity incidents 

·      Experience working in regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, government) is an advantage 

·      Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities 

·      Ability to remain calm and structured under pressure High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail 

Preferred / Nice-to-Have 

·      Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation 

·      Cloud security expertise (AWS, Azure, GCP) Scripting/query skills (SPL, KQL, SQL, Python) 

·      Experience in SOC transformation or SIEM migration projects 

·      Certifications (Preferred) GCIA, GCIH, GCED SIEM-related certifications (Elastic, Google SecOps, Microsoft Sentinel, or equivalent)vv

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, computer science, or related field

·  6+ years and above of experience in business analysis, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise-level projects

· Strong proficiency in business process modelling, requirements engineering

· Experience in configuration of low-code/no-code products. Familiarity with whole-of-Government tools like GatherSG, ApplySG, FormSG and Opus will beadvantageous.

· Expert knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices

· Excellent documentation and technical writing abilities

· Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence.

· Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC frameworks

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and vice versa.
