Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Policy & Framework (Core Focus)

• Monitor, review, and interpret regulatory updates, circulars, and guidelines from MAS and NFA.

4. Compliance Monitoring & Record Keeping

• Maintain records for licenses, registrations, employee personal trading, and outside business activities.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with MAS and NFA requirements across representatives and the firm.

5. AML/CFT Oversight

• Conduct KYC and AML due diligence on clients and prospects.
• Perform periodic reviews and support internal AML risk assessments.
• Assist in delivering AML training and strengthening internal controls.

6. Advisory & Documentation Review

• Provide practical, commercially aware compliance guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Review contracts, offering documents, and agreements to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Law, Banking & Finance, Risk Management, Business, or related fields.

Role Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Business Analyst & Project Management Support professional to join our team. This role supports both front‑office and middle‑office functions for our clients, working across a range of investment and operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day investment operations for clients, ensuring smooth trade workflows and timely execution.
• Assist in finance and accounting processes, including data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in NAV pack reviews, working closely with fund accounting teams to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Provide support on compliance and regulatory matters, including documentation checks and adherence to internal and external requirements.
• Assist in preparing management reports, investor reporting, and regulatory submissions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients on project management initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements, and workflow automation.
• Gather and analyze business requirements - translate user needs into clear specs and user stories for the development team
• Perform analysis, prepare documentation, and support testing for operational or system changes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in fund administration, IT project management, business analysis, technical delivery, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple deliverables.
• Keen interest in the fund industry, operations, and regulatory topics.
• Exposure to fintech, investments, or fund administration is a strong plus
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, SQL, or similar)
