• Coordinate client notifications relating to voluntary Corporate Action events
• Ensure accurate processing and execution of client instructions throughout event lifecycles
• Handle enquiries from stakeholders and internal teams professionally and efficiently
• Support testing activities including planning, execution, issue tracking, and validation
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support implementation readiness
• Maintain documentation related to processes, testing activities, and operational workflows
• Support governance, risk controls, and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Proven experience in IT application or infrastructure development or support.
• Good understanding of operational processes, system workflows, and data management concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
