Job Responsibilities

1. Project Administration

·       Assisting reviewing and understanding interior design quotations to grasp basic project scopes, material specifications, and budgeted quantities for cross-checking subsequent PO requests.

Description of Division/Branch

The Regional Head will be part of the Service Management Division, and oversee a team comprising of KidSTART Practitioners (KSPs) to ensure the implementation of KidSTART in the region, as well as regional Service Managers to oversee KidSTART Agencies (KSAs) operating in the region.

The role of the Regional Head includes having oversight over a cross regional function, e.g. the development, refinement and tracking of service standards, the conceptualisation and implementation of an engagement framework with partners, tracking and monitoring of funding agreement deliverables or innovative and transformation efforts to improve service delivery efficiencies.   • As a planning business partner, facilitate performance review sessions between the University management and key business units. Engaging the key business units to understand the drivers and causes of performance and highlight areas of achievement and opportunities for enhancement. Post-performance reviews, engage with the key business units for target revisions/confirmation and align proposed new work plans and annual budgets to desired performance and outcomes.
