RESPONSIBILITIES

· Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all guests

· Create a positive guest experience by delivering a high level of service and ensure that service team engage guests to understand their needs and meet/exceed expectations

· Assist in the completion of station preparation and ensure that safety and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to at all times and to be in compliance in accordance to regulations

· Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales

REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Myanmar speaking associates to support smooth operations
• Assist the operation manager with daily tasks such as planning staff rosters and ordering stock from suppliers

1. Multi-Outlet Operations

• Oversee daily operations of all restaurants, bars, and hospitality concepts.

• Coordinate departments including operations, kitchen, bar, finance, HR, and marketing.

8. New Restaurant Openings

• Lead pre-opening planning and execution.

Responsible for selecting and managing:

• POS systems
• Reservation systems

10. Procurement & Supplier Management

• Negotiate supplier agreements.
• Control purchasing processes.

11. Menu & Culinary Collaboration

• Work with chefs on menu design, pricing, profitability, and execution.
• Review menu performance and guest appeal.
• Support menu launches and staff training.

12. Design, Events & Marketing

• Review restaurant layouts and operating equipment.
• Oversee events and collaborations.
• Ensure marketing campaigns are operationally achievable and commercially effective.

13. Reporting

• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Present risks, opportunities, corrective actions, and recommendations to ownership.

Candidate Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant Management, or related field.
• Strong business and financial education preferred.
• MBA or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.

Experience

Minimum:

• 5+ years in a multi-outlet restaurant group.
• Senior operational leadership experience.
• P&L responsibility.
• Experience opening new venues.
• Experience managing restaurant managers and outlet leaders.

The Management Trainee leads the daily operational and financial excellence of the outlet by exercising great leadership and decision-making that supports operational standards. • Communicate safe work procedures and safety rules and ensure compliance of team member
• Understand and identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures
• Ensure all SFA guidelines are adhered in the outlet

Manpower

• Assist to forecast resource and manpower needs
• Plan weekly schedule to ensure staffing levels based on business needs
• To manage outlet staff grievances and conflicts and issue disciplinary action, and escalate to Area Manager / HR, when necessary
• Conduct on-site orientation which includes safety and hygiene, and on-the-job training for new employees
