We are looking for a candidate who can analyse data, support industry outreach, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.

Contract duration: 1 year
Salary: Up to $3,500/month

Responsibilities

• Review and analyse project and talent data to support knowledge sharing and inform policy decisions
• Support planning and execution of calls for participation to industry, for content projects.
• Project management of media grant projects, including processing of applications for approvals, and project monitoring to ensure that deliverables are met in a timely manner.
• Other adhoc duties as attached.

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum degree in Comms, Media or Business/Marketing
• Relevant working experience in project management roles and preferably with experience in the media industry as well as managing digital media projects e.g. social media, immersive media, AI
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and have good communication (writing and presentation) skills
• Proficient in data (both quantitative and qualitative) analysis
