Job Description:

• In charge of recording and allocating incoming customer payments accurately in the accounting system.
• Prepare, process, and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
• In charge of managing billing activities, collections, and prepare AR reports according to required deadlines.
• In charge of performing reconciliations for customer accounts and bank statements.
• Handle GIRO deduction arrangements and reconcile related transactions.
• Responsible in processing payment receipts and arrange bank deposits.

Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas suppliers;
• Assist to evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project;
• Assist to advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions;
• Assist in daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules;

Job Requirements:

• GCE N / O Levels with 3 years of procurement experience in the related field is required for this position.

1. Plans, directs and coordinate activities concerned with the operations, repair maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment, air conditioning system, tools and equipment, housekeeping, waste management and hygiene & sanitary matters, electrical maintenance, buildings and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency.
2. Plans such matters as design and development of plant facilities, formulation and operating rules, regulations and procedure. Formulated procedure for use in event of accidents, fires or other emergencies, inspect facilities or review inspection reports to determine repairs, replacement or improvement required. Supervises building service personnel.
3. Assigns worker to duties such as maintenance, repair or renovation and may obtain bids for additional work from outside contractors. Plans and administers building department budget. Compiles records of labor and material cost for operating building and issues cost reports to owner or management.
4. Reviews report of expenditures for previous fiscal year and proposed improvement to facilities in order to prepare budget estimates for upcoming fiscal year. Purchases building and maintenance supplies, machinery, equipment and furniture.
5. Direct contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications. May be responsible for procurement of utilities or operations utility systems.
6. Prepare construction specification or plans, obtaining advice from engineering consultants, assemble and analyze contract bids and recommendations to superior for action.
7. Manage assets enhancements including leading in several initiatives to optimize the yield of property assets through budget and financial planning and cost control, building upgrading programs, implementation of intelligent building technologies, energy and water conservation programs.
8. Prepare and submit monthly KPI and expenditure reports. Ensure monthly expenditure is within planned budget.
9. Provide support in all internal and external audits and partnering with the Quality Manager to follow up with action plans to ensure proper closure on audit findings related to facility management.
10. Able to leads, plans, execute and manage project in relation to new warehouse set up, new office renovation, operations expansion and/or warehouse migration project.

Job Description:

• Provide regular updates on the status of MRO events, including reports and delivery schedules.
