• Ensure equipment uptime and stability in semiconductor cleanroom environment.

• Cooperate with engineering and production teams to resolve equipment downtime and system interface issues (SECS/GEM, MCS, OHTC).

• Maintain maintenance records, SOPs and conduct improvement activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.

• Experience with semiconductor AMHS equipment: OHT, Stocker, rail systems, FOUP handling.

• Familiar with cleanroom standards, electrical schematics, PLC basics and sensor calibration.

• Ability to work rotating shifts, strong hands-on troubleshooting skills.

• Experience in a wafer fab environment is highly preferred.

Job Description

• Perform troubleshooting of RF-related products down to PCBA level
• Conduct box build and sub-assembly functional testing
• Assemble and rework PCBAs with SMT components
• Perform final assembly of electronic devices from sub-components
• Prepare packaging for finished products
• Set up and maintain test stations to ensure consistent production quality
• Support engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, and procedures
• Plan and organize work to meet production schedules and targets
• Prepare production documentation such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), manufacturing batch records, inventory reports, and productivity reports
• Carry out additional duties as assigned

Requirements

• NTC/ITC certification in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of electronics, digital systems, and components
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Hands-on soldering experience with SMT components (0402, QFP or similar)
• Experience with BGA rework stations is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret circuit schematics
• Able to start work within short notice or immediately preferred
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
