• Oversee and drive the resolution of highly complex operational, technical, and service-related issues across the full suite of products and processes including Prime Services (e.g. financing, securities lending, listed derivatives and OTC clearing, synthetic prime, reporting, margin oversight) and Franchise products and functions (eg.
