Objectives

The main responsibility is to support class teachers in the care and development of children at the child development centres. He or She assists teachers when conducting lessons and other classroom activities. 1)     Coordinate daily production planning and scheduling to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders

9)     Assist in generating Delivery Orders for processed parts and arrange for parts delivery to customers

10) Assist in issuing Purchase Orders to subcontractors and ensure all relevant documentation is attached

11) Coordinate with subcontractors for parts collection and make necessary arrangments for delivery of parts to them

12) Liaise with subcontractors to ensure work is completed according to schedule

13) Ensure subcontractor’s Certificate of Conformance (COC) and/or Inspection Report are attached with the parts upon job completion

14) Assume the responsibilities of the Production Control Executive in their absence

15) Perform any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or Manager

Located on Jurong Island, the petrochemical hub of Singapore, SRC operates a refinery that is capable of processing 290,000 barrels of crude oil per day to produce fuel products and chemical feedstocks that are supplied to domestic markets and overseas export markets under the brand labels of its shareholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute Accounts Payable processing.
• Prepare Cash requirement and process payments.
• Process staff claims.
• Perform monthly variances analysis on expenses.
• Prepare monthly schedules.
• Follow up on the audit findings as well as administer and maintain documentation to achieve compliance with internal control measures / recommendations.
• Carry out other ad-hoc AP related projects.

• GCE 'A' Level with LCCI Higher Accounting or CAT or AAT

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience in Accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP Financial System will be an advantage.
• Computer software/system savvy, and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
• Fresh Diploma holders (preferably in Accounting or Business Administration) are welcome to apply.

Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat / Sun half day / PH shifts required (rotational)
Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat) or 2pm-6pm (Sun)
Salary : Up to $2800 

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and maintain organized records.

• Manage emails, files, and documents efficiently.

• Provide customer service to both internal teams and clients.

• Assist in resolving issues with practical solutions.

• Support sales team with client follow-ups and sales documentation.

• Maintain customer profiles and handle enquiries professionally.

• Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery of goods.

• Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Minimum qualification of Post Secondary / Diploma.
• Experiences in data entry, document management, customer service and keying invoice.
